Lana Del Rey has premiered the official music video for her newest single, "High by the Beach". The singer shows viewers how she deals with a paparazzo in the visuals hitting Vevo on Thursday, August 13.
Set in a beach-side home, the Jake Nava-directed clip opens with Del Rey walking out to the balcony when she spots a photographer trying to snap her photos from a helicopter. At first, she tries to ignore him as she throws herself back onto the bed and flips through a magazine in the kitchen.
She eventually gets tired of him and runs out of the house to grab a gigantic gun inside a guitar case she hides under the rocks. She later returns to the balcony and blows the helicopter into pieces.
"High by the Beach" was released earlier this week as the second single off Del Rey's upcoming album, "Honeymoon". Set to hit the stores later this year, the follow-up to last year's "Ultraviolence" has also been preceded by its title track "Honeymoon" that came out last month.
