Kylie Jenner helps cheer up young patients in need and celebrates her milestone birthday with a family dinner.

AceShowbiz - Kylie Jenner spread happiness to young patients at Los Angeles' Children's Hospital on her birthday. The E! reality star handed out gifts to kids undergoing renal dialysis. "Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla," she captioned a picture of her with a trolley full of goody bags.
According to Us Weekly, the packages contain Beat headphones, blankets, kidney-friendly candies, and socks from her brother Rob Kardashian's fashion line. She also helped the children with arts and crafts, joined them to make friendship bracelets, and then gave them a disposable camera each to capture the fun.
Kylie Jenner is turning 18 on August 10. She got a pricey Birkin bag and shared a picture of it on Instagram. "And it's not even my birthday yet," the teen said. It's unclear whom the gift was from but the family gathered in Los Angeles to celebrate her birthday.
Parents Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner were seen reuniting and hugging each other outside Nobu Restaurant in Malibu to kick off their daughter's celebration. Kris wore jeans and a navy top with tassels while Caitlyn opted for a black dress.
