Kourtney Kardashian isn't really over Scott Disick, if a source quoted by Us Weekly is to be trusted. The 36-year-old reality TV star is reportedly regretting that she left him after photos surfaced showing Scott getting cozy with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. "She wants Scott back," the source says.

The source further tells the magazine in its new issue that Kourtney tries to give him a lesson by seeking sole custody of their three children, Mason (5), Penelope (3) and Reign (7 months). "She hopes this will scare him enough to get help," the so-called insider explains. "If he gets to the point where he is really changing she'll let him come home."

According to the publication, throughout their relationship, Kourtney often gave Scott ultimatums but then she forgave him. For example, last summer the elder sister of Kim Kardashian locked Scott out of their Hamptons, N.Y., home for excessive partying and bad behavior, but the following day, she let him in.

However, it seems that the situation is different this time. The source adds, "Kourtney's shocked Scott isn't begging her to take him back."

Scott indeed doesn't show any signs that he's ready to leave his party habit. After hosting a party at 1OAK nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday, July 24, he jetted off to Canada on Saturday to host a party at a country-themed nightclub in Calgary, where he was pictured being sandwiched by two sexy women.
