"Suicide Squad" trailer from San Diego Comic-Con has spread online after being screened Saturday, July 11 at Hall H during Warner Brothers panel in San Diego. It teases all the main characters including the new Joker (Jared Leto) and Batman (Ben Affleck).

It opens with high-ranking authorities discussing a project in a dinner table. "It's taken some work but I finally have what we need. The worst of the worst," says Viola Davis' Amanda Waller, to which another replies, "There's rumors, Amanda, that some of them have ... abilities."

"Oh yeah. I have seen things," she responds. "Maybe Superman was some kind of beacon for them to creep back from the shadows. I want to assemble a task force of the most dangerous people on the planet who I think can do some good."

However, her colleague is still not convinced. "They're bad guys," so he argues, to which she answers, "Exactly. And if anything goes wrong we blame them." But can she control them? "Getting people to act against their own self interest is what I do for a living," she confidently says.

Each member of the squad is later introduced, starting with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn hanging upside down in a cage. The Joker is not shown until near the end of the video. "I'm not going to kill you," he says before delivering an ominous threat, "I'm just gonna hurt you. Really. Really. Bad."

Directed by David Ayer, the anti-hero movie will hit U.S. theaters on August 5, 2016. It also stars Will Smith, Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney, and Joel Kinnaman.

Video has been removed as requested by Warner Bros. Pictures
