MTV dropped some big news at "Scream" Comic-Con panel on Friday, July 10. Executive producer Jaime Paglia announced that the show had been renewed for a second season after only two episodes.
Also at the panel, it was revealed that viewers would see more Bella Thorne's Nina, although she was killed off in the first episode. While it's unclear in which episode she will return, Nina will appear in flashbacks and on social media.
Teasing more about the show, an extended trailer for the first season was played for audience in Room 5AB. It shows more murders, some steamy scenes and a glimpse of the serial killer's lair.
The cast claimed they still had no idea who the masked killer is. "I don't trust anyone on this cast," said John Karna, who plays Noah. Executive producer Jamie Paglia added that the stars didn't even know their characters' fate. "You don't know right now if any of these people might be dead," he said.
