The 24-year-old reality star defends herself against haters regarding her second pregnancy announcement over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Bristol Palin took to her blog on Sunday, June 28 to defend herself against haters who criticized her over her second pregnancy announcement. Bristol said she didn't regret being pregnant with her second child and claimed that the pregnancy "was actually planned."

"So here are the things you should all get straight before you continue to mock me, judge me, and talk about me," the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant wrote, "None of us are perfect. I made a mistake, but it's not the mistake all these giddy a**holes have loved to assume. This pregnancy was actually planned."

"Everyone knows I wanted more kids, to have a bigger family. Believing I was heading that way, I got ahead of myself. Things didn't go as planned, but life keeps going. Life moves on," she continued. "But I do not regret this baby. This baby is not a disappointment, and I cannot wait to be a mom times two. Tripp is going to make the best big brother!!"

Bristol shot down claims that she was "paid as an 'abstinence spokesperson,' " saying she was employed by the Candie's Foundation, a non-profit organization which "works to shape the way the youth in America think about the devastating consequences of teen pregnancy and parenthood."

She went to defend herself against those who compared her current situation with her first pregnancy. "I know you remember me most from when Mom ran for Vice President. However, I'm not 17 anymore, I am 24," she wrote, "I've been employed at the same doctor's office for over six years now; I own a home; I have a well-rounded, beautiful son."

The "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp" star added, "When I realized I was pregnant, I knew I would be completely crucified. But I never even thought of aborting this child, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCE. (Sorry to the ghouls at Gawker, who said this baby is an argument FOR abortion. Not happening.)"

"I am pregnant. This is not the ideal situation, but life is important even if it's not in the most absolute ideal circumstance. This is more confirmation on what I've always stood for. I've always been pro-life and I am standing for life now. Deal with it," she concluded.

Bristol's ex-fiance Dakota Meyer, who was rumored to be father of her second baby, broke his silence on Facebook on Friday. However, Dakota didn't address the subject of possibly becoming a father. He wrote that mass media was overshadowing news terrorism and putting on a "dog and puny show."

"Within the past 24 hours there have been three terrorist style attacks across the world. There has been an incident at a US company owned gas factory in Lyon, France Leaving one dead and two injured. Another incident in Tunisia with 28 people lost in an assault on a west tourist, mostly British. And finally, a blast at a Shiite mosque in Kuwait. All ISIS/ISIL attacks and all overshadowed by the dog and pony show being put on here domestically by some politicians and mass media," he wrote alongside a photo of him smoking a pipe while sitting on a couch with the word "Still waiting."

"The news that feeds the 'inquiring mind want to know' is inconsequential compared to that which is truly relevant but lost on the back page," he continued, "I urge you to go beyond what is spoon fed to you and see what is truly going on out there. #NeverOutgunned #DakotaMeyer0317."
