Recent report claimed that Kim Kardashian was frustrated with her significant weight gain during pregnancy and considering cosmetic hip surgery while pregnant to keep her waist as slim as usual. However, a source related to the reality star reportedly said that there was no truth to the rumor.

Citing a source, Radar Online reported that Kim was "freaking out" after she found that she gained some pounds only in her first trimester. She's worried about not having her signature hourglass figure anymore because she didn't want to face body criticisms she once experienced during her first pregnancy.

"During her first pregnancy it was the hardest obstacle to lose the weight and this time she feels like her weight has changed for the worse," the source told the website. "Her fear is that gaining the weight will make her hips look so big that even she loses the weight they will still look bigger than before."

The source further claimed that Kim considered "surgery to shave down her hips" because she felt that "her hips are expanding more than ever!"

Gossip Cop, who had reached out the expecting star's rep for comment, said that Kim indeed had gained 15 pounds during her trimester but she felt completely okay with that. The rep further claimed that Kim never had plan to undergo surgery, saying that the report was completely "false."
