The 'Empire' actress describes her condition as a way God says 'you're doing too much!' and doesn't want fans to worry about it.

Taraji P. Henson was recently hospitalized but she didn't want fans to worry about her. The "Empire" star took to Instagram on Friday, June 19, to share with fans a picture of her in hospital and a glimpse of information about her condition.
The picture showed her arm with infusion set. Though it seemed that she suffered fairly severe health problem, a caption for the picture said otherwise. She didn't mention specifically why she was hospitalized but wrote in the caption, "God has a way of saying 'you're doing too much!' 'SAT DOWN SOMEWHERE'. I'm listening Father!!! I am taking several seats!!!"
The "No Good Deed" actress asked her fans not to worry about her condition as she wrote, "Don't worry y'all I'm a tough cookie! HA! I will be just fine." She also explained that some close people of hers came just to check her condition. "My momma and best friends are flying in to check on me. I AM FINE!!!!!!! Just need to SAT ALL THE WAY DOWN for a bit," she continued. The "#listentoyourbody" hashtag which apparently a message for herself ended the caption.
Many fans commented on the picture to wish her a speed recovery. Fan @1stlaydee21 wrote, "We love you!!!!!! Take some time for YOU!!!! You fans say so....we'll be here waiting when you're ready to get back to grinding!" Another fan @cynthiaalford84gmail wrote, "Yes Cookie gyrl T ID take it down rest yoself you have nothing but time, we want you to stay focus and we'll to enjoy it all."
A source told TMZ that the 44-year-old actress was hospitalized because of "a bad case of food poisoning" after returning back to the States. However, her spokeswoman, Pamela Sharp, told ABC News, "Taraji is going to be fine. It was mostly exhaustion."
