Jessa Duggar keeps her fans updated with her pregnancy. The "19 Kids and Counting" star took to Instagram on Sunday, June 14 to share a photo of her baby bump and new video of her ultrasound.

In the snap, Jessa posed in front of a mirror at her wardrobe. The 22-year-old reality star wore a tight black tee and striped leggings with her hair styled in side French braid. She put one hand on her waist while the other hand carried a cellphone. "#BabySeewald #20Weeks," she captioned the snap.

In the ultrasound video, accompanied with Andrew Peterson's song "World Traveler", Jessa's baby was seen swallowing and sucking a thumb. "#BabySeewald is growing fast! Already practicing swallowing, sucking a thumb, and actively moving arms and legs! So excited at the feeling of these first baby kicks! #UltrasoundVideo #20Weeks --with @ben_seewald," she wrote alongside a bible verse from Psalm 139:13-18.

On June 10, Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald posted a photo of her ultrasound. Jessa wrote alongside the picture, "#BabySeewald makes a first appearance today!!! #19weeks3days Yay! Almost halfway!
