AceShowbiz - Details of what "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" entails are finally uncovered. Warner Brothers has revealed the official synopsis for the upcoming DC Comics adaptation which will pit Henry Cavill's Man of Steel against Ben Affleck's The Dark Knight.
"Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before."
Directed by Zack Snyder who helmed the latest Superman reboot, "Batman v Superman" will arrive in North America March 25, 2016. Gal Gadot is cast as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Amy Adams as Lois Lane.
