Dre and Cube, both producers of 'Straight Outta Compton', are now included in a lawsuit filed by Terry Carter's family against Knight.

AceShowbiz - Suge Knight is not the only person who is being sued by Terry Carter's family over the fatal hit-and-run incident back in January. According to TMZ, Carter's family has also named Dr. Dre and Ice Cube as defendants in the lawsuit.

Carter's wife and kids claim Dre and Cube hired known gang members to provide security for "Straight Outta Compton" location shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods. Both Dre and Cube are the producers of the movie.

According to the suit, some of the gang members incited the fight and threatened Knight when he showed up at Tam's Burgers, leading to his decision to flee in a panic, running over and killing Carter.

Carter's family is also suing Tam's Burgers, alleging that violent crimes commonly happen in their parking lot so the restaurant should have had security. The family is seeking unspecified damages.

Suge recently hired his fourth attorney Thomas Meserau, who successfully defended Michael Jackson against child molestation charges. Following the recruitment, Los Angeles County Superior Court judges Ronald Coen and Stephen Marcus rescheduled the hearing of Suge's murder and robbery cases to July 7.
