Josh Duggar's cousin, Amy Duggar, obliquely addressed the molestation scandal involving her cousin via Instagram and Twitter. She posted a Bible verse on Thursday, May 28, reminding people to never stop praying to God despite being in a difficult situation.
She posted a verse from Thessalonians which read, "Never stop praying." In a caption for the picture, she encouraged people not to revenge themselves on their enemies. She reminded people to pray for their enemies instead. The caption read, "No matter what happens in life our prayers are heard. Pray for your enemies. Pray for people who judge you and mistreat you. Pray for God's will in every aspect of your life."
In addition to the Instagram post, she shared some optimistic posts with followers on Twitter which apparently were in reference to the "dark time" experienced by her extended family. She tweeted, "Just remember one thing, God is with you. He will make everything beautiful at the right time and place." On another tweet, she emphasized how big God is compared to anything, including negative feelings.
God > My fears
God > My insecurities
God > My worry
God > My everything

Amy's Instagram post came on the same day when Hulu cut ties with "19 Kids and Counting" shortly after TLC yanked the show off schedule. Many advertisers also decided to remove their advertisements from the show. However, TLC reportedly plans to make a spin-off which will focus on the younger generation of the Duggars.
