AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber played an impromptu set when he made a surprise appearance at W Hotel in Hollywood recently. The 21-year-old heartthrob launched into a rendition of Boyz II Men's "I'll Make Love to You" during the Jazz Night held there on Sunday night, May 24.

Bieber's performance was caught in a video obtained by TMZ. Donning a black fedora, the Canadian singer did a soulful cover of the 1994 hit while being backed by a jazz band. At one point, he also simulated having sex on the stage.

This wasn't Bieber's first time to have covered a Boyz II Men song in the past few days. Last week, he sang "End of the Road" with James Corden while appearing in the "Carpool Karaoke" segment on the host's "The Late Late Show".

Bieber is now busy working on his new music. He has a new album coming, which he has said will have some songs inspired by ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. There's still no word on when the new record will finally arrive as the "Baby" hitmaker has made it clear that he's in no rush to get it done.

He's now gearing up to release a music video for "Where Are U Now", his collaboration with Jack U a.k.a. Diplo and Skrillex.
