Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed made their first red carpet appearance as husband and wife at Cannes Film Festival in France. After enjoying a honeymoon in sun-soaked places like Brazil and Chile, they walked arm in arm at the premiere of movie "Youth" Wednesday, May 20.

"The Vampire Diaries" hunk looked sharp in a tailored tux complete with a bowtie. His beautiful wife looked equally stunning in a Azzaro Couture blue gown with a long train and keyhole back. The former "Twilight Saga" actress let her long hair down and swept it to the side.
