Janice Dickinson declares in a new interview with Entertainment Tonight that she and her lawyer Lisa Bloom will file a lawsuit for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress against Bill Cosby. Janice tells Brooke Anderson, "I'm suing Bill Cosby for justice and vindication."

Lisa further explains, "What sparked this lawsuit is Bill Cosby through his representatives calling Janice Dickinson a liar, and Janice, through her lawsuit, is refusing to be re-victimized. She alleges she was drugged and raped by Bill Cosby, and then re-victimized again when he publicly called her a liar. That's wrong and that's what she's suing about."

"It's the right time," Janice says, "I could not let myself be silent. I am sober today, and I'm in a program of vigorous honesty. I want to protect all those women that haven't come forward and show them the love and support worldwide that what happened to me will not happen to another woman."

"I was drugged and raped - drugged and raped - by Bill Cosby. And the fact that he and his spokespeople have called me a liar - referring to remarks that I've made - it's just not correct. I want to fight this. I'm not being paid anything monetarily to do this, it's just the right thing to do," she adds.

Janice is asking for a jury trial and unspecified amount of monetary damages to her reputation. "Let the law decide under oath," the supermodel says.

When asked what she would say to Bill if he were in front of her, Janice replies, "Why won't you talk about the truth? Do you want to go to heaven or do you want to go to hell?"

Janice previously claimed she was drugged and raped by Bill in 1982 in Lake Tahoe. The comedian's lawyer called Janice's allegation "defamatory fabrication." Later, the supermodel sent to TMZ two polaroid photos of Bill in his patchwork robe, which were allegedly taken before the comedian raped her.
