Josh Brolin and his fiancee Kathryn Boyd made their post-engagement debut at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday, May 19. The couple couldn't hide their happiness as they flashed giant smiles when attending the premiere of his new movie "Sicario".
Josh looked dapper in a formal black-and-white tuxedo with his hair slicked back. Kathryn, meanwhile, showed off her huge diamond ring on her left ring finger. She wore a red-orange long dress with ruffle detailing and a leg-baring slit. Her blonde hair was styled in elegant updo. She completed her look with gold clutch.
Josh's representative confirmed the couple's engagement on Monday without sharing any details. A source close to the "Inherent Vice" actor told Us Weekly that the pair got engaged sometime last month and had a celebration with a group of friends in Cabo, San Lucas a few weeks later.
"They were with two tables worth of people so it was a big group, more than eight people," the source said, "They had a fixed menu and it seemed like they were celebrating something... It looked like a party and it seemed celebratory." The source added that the couple was "super affectionate all night... They were kissing each other a lot, had their arms around each other."
