During a Los Angeles Clippers basketball game on Friday, May 8, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were booed by basketball fans. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars were shocked at how the audience reacted once their faces were shown on the jumbotron.
As usual, celebrities who attended the game were shown on the jumbotron. When the cameraman directed the camera to these Kardashians, the crowd booed so loudly that the cameraman quickly turned to Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Snoop Dogg who were sitting in the front row.
"Khloe and Kendall were shown on camera to get fans cheering and waving," a source told Daily Mail. "But when it showed their faces, everyone booed." The reality show stars didn't expect they would get such reaction from the audience. They were all smiles before they got booed by the crowd.
Khloe used to be a welcoming face at the basketball arena as her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, was a player for Los Angeles Clippers. However, the situation has changed now. A source close to Khloe told Radar Online, "She felt worse for Kendall." She didn't think that the incident was because of gender transition of her father, Bruce Jenner. Khloe thought that the incident was more likely because of her. "She's used to people being mean to her, but she was sorry that her little sister had to deal with the haters," the source added.
Khloe was said to be surprised because of this incident. The source said, "She was totally surprised that so many people were being nasty to her." She also told her mother, Kris Jenner, about the incident. Kris told her to ignore it and focus on "the people that love them," the source said.
