"Captain America: Civil War" adds another A-list actor to its growing cast ensemble. "The Hobbit" actor Martin Freeman has officially been announced to join the upcoming third Cap movie which will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo for May 6, 2016 release.

He will join Chris Evans who returns as the titular hero, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, and Anthony Mackie as Falcon. Chadwick Boseman is added as Black Panther and Daniel Bruhl as the baddie Baron von Zemo. A new Spider-Man is also expected to make an appearance.
