Because it was bootleg, "some of the visuals may appear distorted" such as Pacquiao (Aidy Bryant) looked like "a white woman with a fake goatee and a T-shirt." At one point, the camera cut to the audience showing Justin Bieber (Kate McKinnon) ringside.

The episode was hosted by Scarlett Johansson who reprised her role as Black Widow in a fake romcom about superhero and their super romance. Earlier during her monologue, she sang a sultry lullaby with a lot of gyrating and moaning, prompting Taran Killam and Kenan Thompson to say that her son was "a lucky man."
