Newlyweds Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder looked glowing in a picture from their PDA-filled honeymoon in Tulum, Mexico. "The Vampire Diaries" actor hugged his new wife and gave her an affectionate smooch as they're relaxing on the beach on a summer day.
The "Twilight Saga" actress wearing a white outfit and hair wrap was beaming at the camera, while her hunky husband looked equally casual in a black tank top completed with a fedora. "Salty ... sandy ... sticky ... sunburned. The best. I love this human. My human," she gushed.
Ian Somerhalder, 36, and Nikki Reed, 26, were first spotted together in July 2014 and got engaged in January. They tied the knot in front of family and friends on April 26 at Topanga Canyon in Malibu, California. After Mexico, the couple continued their holiday in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. They were joined by some of "Vampire Diaries" stars like Phoebe Tonkin and Paul Wesley.
It's the first marriage for Somerhalder and the second for Reed. She was previously married to "American Idol" alum Paul McDonald.
