According to the site, "the damage was so bad, doctors had to reconstruct the right side of his face and remove glass from his eye but we're told his vision will recover."
Dalton's mother Lynnette shared on Facebook a lengthy message to thank his fans and friends for their prayer as the doctor said his son "needed a miracle." She also posted some photos of Dalton at the hospital, which showed him lying on the hospital bed, walking with the help of crutches and going home with a wheelchair.
I am truly overwhelmed by all the love and support for my son. The Dr told me Sunday morning Dalton needed a miracle...
