HBO has ordered more "Veep" and "Silicon Valley". The premium cable channel has handed out early renewals for its two critically-acclaimed comedies, bringing the Julia Louis-Dreyfus-starring political comedy and the tech geniuses-centered sitcom back for a fifth season and a third season respectively.

" 'Veep' and 'Silicon Valley' are terrific series, and I'm immensely proud that they will return to HBO next year," said HBO programming president Michael Lombardo in a statement released on Monday, April 13. "Along with 'Game of Thrones' and 'Last Week Tonight with John Oliver', both of which have already been renewed for 2016, they give HBO a stellar Sunday night like no other."

Both "Veep" and "Silicon Valley" just returned with their new seasons on Sunday, following the fifth season premiere of "Game of Thrones".
