The Canadian singer says that the follow-up to 2012's 'Kiss' is scheduled for release sometime 'this summer.'

AceShowbiz - Carly Rae Jepsen's new album has an official title. The Canadian singer took to Twitter on Friday, April 10 to announce that her second studio effort would be called "E.MO.TION" and it's scheduled for release this summer.

"I've been working on new music for awhile now... happy to finally announce that my sophomore album 'E.MO.TION' will be out this summer!" she wrote. Earlier in the day, she shared a picture of the word's definition, "A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationship with others."

"E.MO.TION" is coming to follow up Jepsen's 2012 debut set "Kiss". The new LP is led by the single "I Really Like You", which music video features appearances from Tom Hanks and Jepsen's fellow Canadian star Justin Bieber.

She last weekend performed the song live for the first time on "Saturday Night Live". She also debuted "All That", another new track that she called "[her] heart song of the album," on the show.
