An Argentine court issued an arrest order for Bieber due to the singer's failure to respond to summons related to accusation of attacking a photographer in 2013.

Justin Bieber is a wanted man. On Wednesday, April 8, Argentine judge Alberto Julio Banos issued an arrest warrant for the Canadian singer over assault claims. The warrant claimed that the former boyfriend of Selena Gomez failed to respond to summons related to accusation that he ordered his bodyguards to attack a photographer back in 2013.
A local photographer called Diego Pesosa accused Bieber of sending his two bodyguards, Hugo Alcides Hesny and Terrence Reche Smalls, to attack him when he tried to take a picture of the star as he stepped out at a night club in the South American country.
Following the claim, in November a local judge magistrate ordered Bieber to come to questioning within two months. The judge also ordered Argentina's Interpol branch to help locate the singer. However, Bieber never returned to Argentina to answer questions about the incident.
According to Argentine law, Bieber would get one month to six years detention if the allegation of causing minor injuries was true.
At the time of writing, there is no clear information whether or not the arrest order extends beyond Argentina. However, in comments to local station Telefe Noticias, Pesosa's attorney Matias Morla implicitly said that it would force Bieber to return to Argentina.
"Now we just need to wait for the police to find him and bring him to Argentina," said the lawyer. "For us, this is a triumph against all those who said this case was a bluff and that we didn't have anything."
