"Ant-Man" has released a new sneak peek in the form of a still which shows Corey Stoll in a full Yellowjacket gear. The human-sized villain is seen going head to head with Paul Rudd's character who has shrunk into a very small size.
"Hank Pym's Ant-Man suit doesn't have a single weapon," director Peyton Reed explains to Entertainment Weekly. "Whereas Yellowjacket is armed with plasma cannons." However, "Ant-Man is very fast when he's small," he says. "Also, when he shrinks, he increases his density, so he's got increased strength."
The fighting scene between the two was filmed separately using motion-caption. "It was a new experience as far as the motion-capture-suit-ness of it," Rudd says. "But none of it feels that different. Every part, I'm pretending to be somebody I'm not. It's all just a big lie!"
The movie will be released on July 17 this year. Michael Douglas and Evangeline Lilly join the cast.
