'The Mission: Impossible' actor is set to give full support to Ava's health care and pay $13,000 a month in child support.

AceShowbiz - Jeremy Renner has finally reached a settlement for a custody battle with his estranged wife Sonni Pacheco. The deal says that "The Avengers" star will get joint legal and physical custody of his child with the British-Canadian model.

Jeremy is also set to pay $13,000 a month in child support for their 2-year-old daughter Ava Berlin Renner. Meanwhile, Sonni will receive no spousal support from Jeremy.

In addition to the $13,000-a-month child support, Jeremy is asked to cover Ava's health care costs in full. He has also been ordered to pay back child support, based on the new terms, of $21,035.

The settlement also says that neither Jeremy nor Sonni could "make derogatory or insulting remarks" about each other or either of their families in front of Ava. They're further restricted from "arguing, yelling or using profanity" directed at each other in front of their child.

Despite the settlement, Sonni's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said in court on Wednesday, April 1 that there could be more issues. In response to the statement, Jeremy's lawyer Laura Wesser only said that the case was fully resolved.

The agreement came after Jeremy confessed to Us Weekly that he was afraid that his estranged wife, who was demanding physical custody of their little girl, would attempt to leave the country with Ava. In her divorce filling, Sonni asked Jeremy to give her "stolen passport" back due to her desire to be independent. "She just want[ed] independence," so said her friend.

Jeremy and Sonni secretly got married in January 2014. Later in end of the year, Sonni filed for divorce from Jeremy after only ten months of marriage. "It wasn't traditional," the friend said, "but he was hopeful they could make it work for Ava."
