The comedian's stand-up comedy show in Baltimore on Friday night, March 27 was interrupted by a heckler who shouted, '38 women called you a rapist.'

AceShowbiz - Bill Cosby's show at The Patricia and Arthur Model Performing Arts Center at The Lyric in Baltimore, Maryland on Friday night, March 27 was interrupted by a heckler. According to City Paper the heckler's name was Michael M. Crook and his friend sent a video of the interruption to the site.

In the video, Bill could be heard saying, "I looked around and nobody in my brain spoke up," during the first 15 minutes of his set. Michael then shouted, "Thirty-eight women spoke up and called you a rapist." The audience could be heard telling Michael to "shut up" and "sit down," before he went on saying, "Thirty-eight women called you a rapist."

An audience member fired back at Michael, "Let's talk about what women call you." Michael then told the audience surrounding him, "They're going to throw me out in a minute," before shouting to Bill, "Are you going to respond to that?" While the audience booed at Michael, Bill told them to "just remain calm."

When Bill said that he would continue with more jokes, Michael shouted, "Tell the one about how to get away with rape." The comedian then replied, "Stop it!" before adding, "We are here to enjoy my gift. We are not here to argue. Let those people speak. We will find them and ask them to leave." Michael shouted, "I'm right here. I'm right here," to which Bill replied, "Alright." The security then quickly escorted him out.

Michael told City Paper, "I stood up to Bill Cosby tonight because I believe the 38 women who have come forward so far to accuse him of raping them. I can't speak for those women, but I am determined to stand up with them and tell Mr. Cosby that he cannot simply avoid answering for those crimes."

Around 20 members of the Baltimore SlutWalk protest showed up in front of the venue before Bill's show began, but Michael said he was not part of the group. He shared, "I wanted [Cosby] to have to face, even if only for a moment, that reality before security escorted me out and allowed him to retreat to the comfort and embrace of audience willing to ignore those women."
