The song serves as the first official single off the British rockers' new album 'Drones' that's slated to hit the stores on June 9 via Warner Bros. Records.

AceShowbiz - Muse has finally premiered "Dead Inside", the first official single off their upcoming album. Arriving on Monday, March 23, the song came along with its accompanying video featuring the lyrics flashing across the shots of a girl going completely naked and dancing against the black backdrop.

"This is where the story of the album begins, where the protagonist loses hope and becomes 'Dead Inside', therefore vulnerable to the dark forces introduced in 'Psycho' and which ensue over the next few songs on the album, before eventually defecting, revolting, and overcoming these dark forces later in the story," Muse's Matthew Bellamy explained the song in a statement.

The group's new LP "Drones" is scheduled to come out on June 9 via Warner Bros. Records. The follow-up to 2012's "The 2nd Law" has also been preceded by a track called "Psycho" that's available as an instant download for fans who pre-order the full-length.
