Nathan was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence on Wednesday, March 4 after he reportedly pinned Jenelle to the toilet and forcibly removed her engagement ring.

AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans reportedly has moved out and left her fiance Nathan Griffith after he was arrested for domestic violence on Wednesday, March 4. Shawn A. Beaumont, the landlord of Jenelle and Nathan's house, told WBTW on Thursday that the "Teen Mom 2" star moved out of the house.

Nathan was released from jail on Thursday afternoon after posting $100 bond. During the bond hearing, a judge ordered that Nathan couldn't have contact with Jenelle until the next court date, which will be in the next 30 to 45 days. He also must have supervised visits if he wanted to meet the couple's child Kaiser and couldn't return to their house in Socastee without a police escort.

According to the arrest report, Jenelle told police that she had been staying at a hotel and returned home to pick up some things she needed for school. They later got into an argument and Nathan asked for her engagement ring back. Jenelle "went to the master bathroom and was sitting on the toilet when [Griffith] came [into] the bathroom and pinned her against the toilet... [and] wrestled her for the engagement ring."

MTV crew were at the house for filming the 6th season of "Teen Mom 2" at that time and one security crew member ran inside after hearing Jenelle screaming. Jenelle said the altercation left her with a cut on her pinky finger. She also said Nathan took their car keys and attempted to leave the house once he got the ring.

However, Nathan gave different account of the incident, insisting that he "never touched the victim." He told police that Jenelle "got upset with him and took the engagement ring off." He also said Jenelle had injured him in the past and even showed police some scars on his back.

A source told E! News that Jenelle believed Nathan wasn't faithful to her. "He's been talking to another girl for two weeks," the source claimed, adding that this could be the reason of the altercation. The source said Nathan "felt like he cheated on someone and then admitted he's been seeing someone else for two weeks."

Following the incident, Jenelle posted on Facebook, "Insanity. New phone, fresh start." She then shared some photos from her photoshoot with Kaiser. She also posted two photos from her nursing school, captioning it, "Just gotta stay focused and accomplish my goals. Can't wait until next week."
