The ongoing Oscars witnessed Adam Levine and his band Maroon 5 delivering their best performance of "Lost Stars" on stage. The 35-year-old entertainer sang his heart out while performing the Oscar-nominated song from the film "Begin Again".
During their performance, there was a blanket of lights, evoking the night sky as the background. Their performance was met with applause from the audience.
Just like Maroon 5, Tegan and Sara also gave an all-out performance of their hit song "Everything Is Awesome". The track, which was written by Shawn Patterson, was one of the nominees at the star-studded award show. The duo was joined on stage by The Lonely Island, which consisted of Andy Samberg, Jorma Taccone, and Akiva Schaffer.
In addition to Maroon 5 and Tegan and Sara, there were a number of other music stars slated to perform at the Oscars, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris. Among onboard performers were Jennifer Hudson, Anna Kendrick, and Jack Black just to name a few.
