Eric Church is a father again. The 37-year-old country music singer-songwriter welcomed his second son with his wife Katherine Blasingame on Sunday, February 15. His rep announced the happy news in a statement posted on Facebook on Thursday.
The statement read, "On Sunday Feb. 15, Eric and Katherine Church welcomed Tennessee Hawkins Church into the world. He weighed in at 6 lbs. and 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. They plan to call him Hawk, and he joins Boone McCoy as their second son."
Eric said, "I'm thrilled that Hawk and his mom are doing well. We aren't sleeping very much, but we are enjoying every part of this incredible journey. I'm very blessed and thankful."
Eric and Katherine welcomed their first son Boone on October 3, 2011. The "Two Pink Lines" singer told Rolling Stone of fatherhood in June 2014, "When you have a child, everything changes. I've changed a lot. I suppress a lot of maybe the way I used to be. Is that dark side still probably there? Yeah. I just don't let it come out very much. But if you mess with my kid, if you mess with my family, well, I can bring it out."
