Jennifer Carpenter has two major news to be shared, she's engaged to boyfriend Seth Avett and pregnant with their first child together. The 35-year-old actress was spotted sporting a visible baby bump while she was out and about in Los Feliz, Calif. on Saturday, February 7. What's more, during the same occasion she was also photographed wearing a ring on her left ring finger.
When being reached by E! News for confirmation, a representative for Carpenter confirmed the star, indeed, is pregnant and has been engaged to Avett. Details were not provided though on when exactly the couple got engaged and how months along she's been carrying the baby.
Jennifer Carpenter, best known for her starring role as Debra Morgan on Showtime's drama series "Dexter", began dating The Avett Brothers' lead singer Seth Avett in 2013 following her divorce from Michael C. Hall. The former couple who eloped on New Year's Eve 2008 had their divorce finalized in December 2011 and has no children together.
