The singer is facing aggravated assault charges for allegedly punching his fiance and trying to choke her with engagement ring.

AceShowbiz - Kyle Norman, the member of R&B group Jagged Edge, is accused of domestic violence. He was arrested at his home in Atlanta and charged with aggravated assault after allegedly beating up his fiancee during a heated argument.

He was reportedly upset about his father's cancer diagnosis, and his fiancee confronted him about his drinking. According to her, he threatened to kill her, punched her, choked her with a scarf, and forced her engagement ring down her throat.

Norman reportedly took her car keys and destroyed her cell phone when she tried to leave. She eventually managed to flee to a neighbor's house and was taken to Atlanta Medical Center with a big knot on her forehead, cuts to her nose, and a blood clot in her eye, while he was put in jail.

Jagged Edge was famous for hit singles like "Let's Get Married" and "Where the Party at". Aside from Norman, they consist of Richard Wingo and twin brothers Brandon Casey and Brian Casey. They released their latest album "J.E. Heartbreak 2" in October 2014.
