Kim made her sister Kyle worried when she acted strange at a poker party which ended up with a fight between Kyle and Brandi Glanville.

AceShowbiz - Kim Richards raised concern about her sobriety in the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". In the January 20 outing, Eileen Davidson hosted a poker night at her house. Kim and Lisa Rinna were carpooling to the party and the latter realized something was off about Kim when she repeatedly said "ornery." Lisa asked Kim if she's drinking or on drugs, but Kim said no.
They then talked about other things, including Kim's ex-husband Monty who is battling cancer and has been living with her. They also talked about about getting back into acting and Kim revealed she would guest star on "Revenge".
Once they arrived and met the other ladies, things escalated at the poker table. Brandi Glanville who was apparently drunk was swearing at everyone and called Kyle Richards stupid. Kyle, meanwhile, noticed that something was off about her sister Kim.
When Kyle went to the bathroom, Kim followed her. Kim admitted she took some drugs for her "pain." She said, "I'm 100 percent in pain. Before I left the house, Monty gave me something...for the pain, that the doctor gave me, and I took it and that's it."
When Kim went out of the bathroom, she told Brandi that Kyle made her feel uncomfortable. Brandi said she was sick of Kim being judgmental and later helped Kim leave. Before she left, Kim told Kyle, "Thanks a lot for that," in a sarcastic voice. Kyle wanted to talk with her sister and asked what she meant, but Brandi got in the way. Kyle and Brandi shoved each other and the latter accused the former of scratching her.
The episode ended there, but the fight isn't over as the brawl continues outside Eileen's home in the next episode.
