Joanna has sent a legal letter through her lawyer to Brandi, threatening to take legal actions against Brandi for 'slander, libel, defamation and/or intentional infliction of emotional distress.'

AceShowbiz - Joanna Krupa has hired a lawyer with plans to sue Brandi Glanville for making cheating allegations and smelly vagina comments against her. In a legal letter sent by Joanna's lawyer Raymond Rafool to Brandi on January 6, he wrote, "Please be advised that I represent Joanna Krupa and her husband Romain Zago in her/his/their actions against you for slander, libel, defamation and/or intentional infliction of emotional distress."
He added, "As you are aware, on November 11, 2013, on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live', you falsely accused Mrs. Krupa of having sex with Mohamed Hadid while he was in an intact marriage to Yolanda Foster (i.e. adultery) and that Mohamed Hadid told you that Mrs. Krupa's 'p**sy smelled,' claiming that such was the truth and that Lisa Vanderpump was there when Mr. Hadid said such to you."
Raymond stated that Mohamed, Yolanda and Lisa "publicly confirmed that [Brandi] statements were false." He then cited Brandi's another appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" in which she made comments about Joanna's lady parts.
The lawyer wrote, "You again falsely stated that Mrs. Krupa's vagina was of bad odor asking Andy Cohen, in relation to Mrs. Krupa, if he got food poisoning from bad sushi and ending your statements by saying that Mrs. Krupa is stunning, 'you can't help the odor situation.' "
"Moreover, it appears you make false statements about Mrs. Krupa to make yourself marketable and to associate your name with a celebrity in an attempt to 'tag' yourself with her for media and personal searches and/or to create a brand for yourself for monetary and attempted celebrity status," he continued, "Your statements are malicious and knowingly false."
Raymond said Joanna and Romain were planning to take legal actions against Brandi if an apology and a retraction were not issued.
