The new production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's 'Gigi' will begin preview in March before officially opening the following month.

AceShowbiz - Vanessa Hudgens' first Broadway show has locked a date for the official opening at the Great White Way. It is scheduled to open April 8 at the Neil Simon Theatre with previews set to begin on March 19. Tickets go on sale on Friday, January 23 at 10:00 AM.
The actress will play the titular character in the revival of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's "Gigi". Set in Paris at the turn of the last century, it follows a teenage girl being groomed to serve as a companion to a bored and wealthy playboy.
"Omg I can't believe it!!!!!! It's official, after DC I'm going to be making my Broadway debut with @gigionbroadway. Feeling so blessed, grateful and extremely excited!!!!!" Hudgens gushed. She takes over the role once portrayed by Audrey Hepburn in the original production.
The pre-Broadway engagement will run from January 16 to February 12 in the Eisenhower Theater at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
