A new CCTV footage obtained by TMZ showed Jamie Lynn Spears pulling out a seven-inch bread knife and brandishing it at a group fighting inside the Pita Pit in Hammond, Louisiana. The incident happened last month.
In the video, the younger sister of Britney Spears, who wore a jean jacket over a black dress and black boots, was seen walking to the kitchen counter and grabbing the giant knife after her female friend reportedly got caught in the middle of guys brawling.
The 23-year-old singer then stood before the counter and pointed it towards the brawlers as one employee was seen making phone calls, presumably calling police. According to TMZ, police later came to the scene but no charges were filed and no arrest was made.
Law enforcement in Hammond clarified their previous statement that Jamie's friend was hit with a bottle during the brawl. They said the bottle incident happened in the previous night, but Jamie and her friend were not involved.
Hours before the incident happened, Jamie posted a photo of her and a female friend. "Happy Birthday @brandiblair22 !!! #nofilter," the "How Could I Want More" singer captioned it.
