The 'Gravity' actor revealed backstage that he was donning the same suit he wore when tying the knot with his now-wife Amal Clooney.

AceShowbiz - George Clooney admitted that he was wearing his wedding tuxedo to the 2015 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 11. The star of "The Monuments Men" revealed it to reporters backstage after accepting his Cecil B. DeMille Award.

During his acceptance speech, George gushed over his marriage life with Amal. "I've had a pretty good year myself," the "Ocean's Thirteen" actor told the audience, "Listen: It's a humbling thing when you find someone to love-even better when you've been waiting your whole life. And when your whole life is 53 years, Amal, whatever alchemy it is that brought us together, I couldn't be more proud to be your husband."

George also showed his support to Charlie Hebdo tragedy. "And one last thing: to reiterate what we've all been talking about, today was an extraordinary day. There were millions of people who marched not just in Paris, but around the world. And they were Christians and Jews and Muslims. They were leaders of countries all over the world. And they didn't march in protest; they marched in support of the idea that we will not walk in fear. We won't do it. So, Je Suis Charlie. Thank you."

George and Amal came to the event wearing "Je Suis Charlie" badges on the left side of his blazer and Amal on her clutch. Other celebrities like Helen Mirren, Diane Kruger, Joshua Jackson and Kathy Bates showed their support for Charlie Hebdo by carrying "Je Suis Charlie" signs.
