One Direction made an appearance in the Monday, December 22 episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". The dudes joined the show's host Jimmy Fallon for a classroom instrument version of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town".

Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne all looked cute in bright-colored Christmas-y jumpers as they showcased their sweet vocals while playing instruments like snare drum, triangle and banana-shaped maraca alongside Fallon and the members of The Roots.

The performance aired just days after One Direction served as a musical guest on "Saturday Night Live". During their visit to the show, the five-piece performed "Night Changes" and "Ready to Run" which are both included on their latest album "FOUR".

Later this week, the boys will appear on an NBC special called "One Direction: The TV Special" that's airing on Wednesday, December 23. The show will feature live performances from a One Direction private concert filmed last month in addition to interviews and behind-the-scenes clips of them recording their fourth studio effort while traveling for their "Where We Are Tour".
