AceShowbiz - "Orphan Black" fans can mark April 18, 2015 as the return date of the show. BBC America has announced the premiere date of the upcoming season along with a new teaser, which sees Tatiana Maslany's Cosima, Sarah, Helena and Alison as well as the male clones played by Ari Millen in separate scenes.
"This is a fight for knowledge," Cosima says, before Sarah declares, "This is war." Alison adds, "Those with power do not give it up easily." The young Charlotte chimes in, "They never have," and one of the male clones continues, "They never will."
A picture from the third season has also landed online, giving a peek at Sarah's encounter with Rudy, the highly trained soldier, in a Dyad prison cell. To Entertainment Weekly, co-creator Graeme Manson says the scene takes place shortly after the season 2 finale. "That scene is what we like to call clone speed dating," he says.
On the significance of the male clones' arrival, he teases, "Definitely intrigue within them, for sure. Are these guys going to break the bonds of our sisters? Because this does remain Sarah Manning and her sisters-this does remain their story. So is the threat that these guys pose-will it bring them together or will it break the bonds?"
