Bobby Shmurda has pled not guilty to gun and drug charges. Officials announced on Thursday, December 18 a 69-count indictment against 15 members of the gang GS9, which included Bobby. He's being held on $2 million bail by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice James Burke.

TMZ reported that Bobby and his entourage committed variety of crimes, including murder, attempted murder, assault and drug dealing. The rapper himself was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and some gun and drug charges. He was also charged with firing a gun at a group of people outside a barber shop.

According to New York Daily News, Bobby's lawyer called the indictment against his client "a bunch of bulls**t," before adding, "My guy has the world in the palm of his hands. He needs to commit crimes like I need to fly the space shuttle." The top count in the indictment is second degree conspiracy and Bobby will face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Bobby was arrested on Wednesday morning in an NYPD investigation into a series of gang-related shootings and drug trafficking. He was stopped by police while he was in a car outside a recording studio near Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan.

There was a total of 16 weapons confiscated by police during the raid. Record producer Sha Money XL and aspiring hip hop artist Rowdy Rebel were among those who were taken into custody.
