James Franco and Seth Rogen were spotted stepping out with their bodyguards following the cancellation of "The Interview". James stepped out with his large bodyguard while going out for a dinner in New York City on Tuesday night, December 16.

In some pictures obtained by Mail Online, the 36-year-old actor could be seen wearing a red tee paired with a blue knit outer and dark jeans. He completed his look with a red beanie, red-checkered scarf and black shoes. According to the site, James' bodyguard who originally followed him behind later got in front to block approaching fans.

Seth, meanwhile, was spotted with his beardy bodyguard when arriving at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday. He appeared downcast as he carried his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel through the airport.

Some photos showed the "Kung Fu Panda" actor sporting a black jacket over a grey tee paired with grey pants and grey shoes. Wearing a blue-checkered flat cap, he carried a backpack and his dog's carrier.

The Thursday premiere of "The Interview" at Sunshine Cinema was canceled by Landmark on Tuesday night. On Wednesday, Sony also decided to cancel the movie's release on Christmas day after Guardians of Peace threatened a 9/11-style attack on theaters that screened the flick.

Sony said in a statement, "In light of the decision by the majority of our exhibitors not to show the film 'The Interview', we have decided not to move forward with the planned December 25 theatrical release. We respect and understand our partners' decision and, of course, completely share their paramount interest in the safety of employees and theater-goers."

The U.S. authorities are reportedly going to announce North Korea as the one responsible for the cyber attack against Sony. According to USA Today, the official announcement will be held as soon as Thursday, December 18.
