Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z are being sued over their collaboration "Drunk in Love". Page Six reports that a Hungarian singer named Monika Miczura a.k.a. Mitsou claims that the couple and producer Timbaland illegally sampled a traditional Roma folk song called "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" she recorded back in 1995.

Mitsou's vocals can be heard clearly in the first few seconds of Beyonce and Jay-Z's duet. The singer alleges the former Destiny's Child member recorded her singing the song and used it on her "Drunk in Love" without permission. Mitsou also says her voice on the hit was changed with auto-tune.

That's not all. Mitsou isn't happy that voice was used to "to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyonce and Jay-Z in 'Drunk in Love'."

Mitsou is now seeking unspecified damages. TMZ additionally reports she wants a judge to prohibit anyone from playing "Drunk in Love" as long as her voice hasn't been removed.
