Ed Sheeran Releases Song From 'Sons of Anarchy'

The 'Lego House' hitmaker releases a bluesy version of Foy Vance's 'Make It Rain' for the penultimate episode of the FX crime drama series.

AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran gets soulful in his new song. The British singer/songwriter covers "Make It Rain", a song by Foy Vance who previously opened for him on tour. He recorded it for the second-to-last episode of "Sons of Anarchy" season seven.

Sheeran has made the revamped track available for download on iTunes. "I released a brand new song today on iTunes. I did a cover of @foyvance for the penultimate sons of anarchy episode, I'm really proud of it," he announced on Twitter.

In related news, Ed Sheeran becomes the most streamed artist on Spotify this year with 860 million plays. His new album "X" also becomes the most streamed album of 2014. Meanwhile, Katy Perry was announced as the most streamed female artist and Coldplay was the most streamed band of the year.
