Bill Cosby was sued by a Southern California woman named Judy Huth for allegedly molesting her when she was 15. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, December 2, Judy claimed Bill assaulted her in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion in 1974.
Judy said she and a friend first met the comedian at a movie set in a San Marino park where Cosby was working. Bill allegedly approached them and asked their ages. A week later, he invited Judy and her friend to his L.A. County tennis club. They later moved into another house where Bill allegedly "served them alcoholic beverages and played games of billiards" with Judy. She claimed Bill asked her to drink a beer every time he won a game.
According to the lawsuit, Bill then took Judy and her friend to the Playboy Mansion and told them to say they were 19 years old if anyone asked. Judy said she later went to a bedroom with Bill where he started to "sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."
"This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for plaintiff that has caused her significant problems throughout her life," the lawsuit stated.
Bill's representative has not commented on the issue yet.
