'Avengers: Age of Ultron' Reportedly to Reshoot to Add More 'Kick-Ass' Scenes

The report also suggests that the two-part follow-up to 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' is set to be filmed later in 2015 in the U.K. for May 2018 and 2019 release dates.

AceShowbiz - "Avengers: Age of Ultron" reportedly is going to have a reshoot to add more action scenes in the movie. According to a recent report by Daily Mail, the actors who play Earth's mightiest heroes such as Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth are asked to clear their schedule for two weeks in January.

According to the report, reshoot is needed for "more kick-ass on an extravagant scale." Tom Hiddleston and Paul Bettany reportedly are also asked to take part in the filming which takes place at Pinewood Studios in the U.K.

The report additionally suggested that the follow-up to "Age of Ultron", "Avengers: Infinity War Part I" and its second part would be filmed back to back later in the year in the same studio. The first part is set to be released on May 18 and the next installment in "Avengers" franchise will follow the next year.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is set to hit theaters in the U.S. on May 1. In addition to the said stars, the Joss Whedon-directed flick will feature appearances from Aaron Johnson as Quicksilver, Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), Josh Brolin (Thanos) and Andy Serkis whose role is not yet disclosed.

Serkis kept mum about his role in his recent interview with Empire, but he talked about motion capture work for Ruffalo's Hulk. "We gave Mark weights, we had voice projections so he could do his Hulk roar. On screen we could have a virtual representation of the low-res avatar of The Hulk, so he could come out and feel that sense of scale," he shared.
