An autopsy for the MTV star was completed a day after he was found dead in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but no 'anatomical cause of death' was found.

The cause of Ryan Knight's sudden death remains unknown. TMZ reported that an autopsy was completed on Friday morning, November 28, just a day after he was found dead in his friend's house in Kenosha, Wisconsin. However, no "anatomical cause of death" was found.
The site said that Kenosha police tried and failed to revive Knight when they arrived at the friend's house on Thursday morning. There were no obvious signs of injury, but according to his father, Knight had been complaining about stomach issues in the past two days.
Knight, the star of MTV's "The Real World", passed away at the age of 29. No drugs were found at the scene, but he was reported taking some pills during a party the on Wednesday night. He was found covered in vomit, which led some to believe he choked on his own vomit.
He died just a few weeks after fellow "Real World" star Diem Brown lost her battle with cancer. Brown, who previously battled the disease in 2006 and 2012, was laid to rest by her family and friends in New York City on November 18.
