Kim Kardashian addresses her decision to bare her body for racy photos in Paper magazine when appearing on Australian TV show "The Project" during her visit to the country to promote her new fragrance Fleur. The reality TV star also teaches the male host how to balance a glass on his butt.

"I was so honored and excited to work with [photographer Jean-Paul Goude] because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident," she said. "As a role model I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do."

"I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them," she continued.

When the host Rove McManus asked her if she could "actually balance a champagne glass on your derriere, or was it all Photoshopped," Kim said it was real. "My back hurt for about a week after that shoot ... I used muscles," she explained, before adding with a laugh, "(Goude) has an art of posing you and it was definitely not comfortable."

The host tried to recreate the act with her help, but failed. Comfortable with her curvaceous figure, Kim told the host, "You don't have as big a butt as I do."
