Mama June and Sugar Bear were spotted spending time with their daughters in McIntyre, Georgia on Monday, November 3. In a video obtained by TMZ, they were asked about new reports that Uncle Poodle tried to get a custody of Honey Boo Boo a.k.a Alana Thompson.

Mama June said, "That sh*t won't happen - I promise you." When asked if he was upset about the reports, Sugar Bear responded, "I don't want to see [Uncle Poodle] right now." The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" stars refused to make more comments as they entered a Georgia mall.

Earlier on the day, sources connected to Mama June's family told the site that Uncle Poodle and his fiance Alan planned to file for temporary custody of Honey Boo boo if Mama June refuses to end relationship with Mark McDaniel, the man who molested her eldest daughter when she was a child.

Uncle Poodle and Alan claimed they had "the financial wherewithal to support Honey Boo Boo" and they were getting "a new, larger apartment with a spare bedroom." The sources added that Uncle Poodle and Alan would not ask for permanent custody because they wanted to see Sugar Bear eventually care for his 9-year-old daughter if he financially gets back on his feet.
