Hugh Jackman, Anna Wintour and More Attend Oscar de la Renta's Funeral

The famed fashion designer's funeral in Manhattan is also attended by fellow designers such as Diane von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Donna Karan and Tommy Hilfiger.

AceShowbiz - Luminaries in fashion world gathered for the funeral of famed designer Oscar de la Renta on Monday, November 3. In addition to designers Diane von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Donna Karan and Tommy Hilfiger, the star-studded event which took place at the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola on Manhattan's Upper East Side was attended by some famous names in entertainment business and other public figures.

Barbara Walters, Diane Sawyer and husband Mike Nichols, dancer Mikhail Baryshnikov, Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, photographer Annie Leibovitz and Karlie Kloss were also present at the service. They were joined by Hugh Jackman, Matthew Broderick, Hillary Clinton, Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky.

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Clinton read selections from the Bible at the service. Wintour read a poem titled "He Is Gone" by David Harkins.

The Dominican Republic-born designer passed away at the age of 82 on Monday, October 20 following a battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Annette Engelhard and son Moises de la Renta.
